Ms. Dimaano began her career practicing general liability, specializing in personal injury defense, where she expanded her knowledge and experience in discovery-related matters, drafted persuasive motions and oppositions, and assisted in various trial strategies and preparation. Ms. Dimaano has also drafted multiple dispositive motions for employment-related claims, interviewed and deposed witnesses critical to such motions, and strengthened her skills with discovery-related matters. She has also managed her own case load having settled multiple cases with results that exceeded client expectations.
Ms. Dimaano earned her J.D. cum laude from California Western School of Law. While in law school, Ms. Dimaano enjoyed competing in the Appellate Advocacy Program, where she earned accolades such as “Best Brief” award in the UC Davis Asylum and Refugee Law Competition. She also worked on the board of many school organizations, including the Student Bar Association, Pride Law, and Community Law Project. She has held many other professional roles, including a clerkship at the United States Attorney’s Office and a judicial externship with the Honorable Judge Anthony J. Battaglia.
In her free time, Ms. Dimaano enjoys discovering new music, attending spin classes, and spending time with friends and family.
