Successful defense of Oakland-area business from wage claims by former employee

Two years of litigation that encompassed tens of thousands of pages of documents, witnesses across California and Arizona, and multiple court motions and hearings on behalf of the employer  was resolved by Tim Williams in the last week before trial for a nominal sum. Their efforts to investigate and prepare the case for trial ultimately convinced the plaintiff and counsel that a defense verdict was predictable, and ensured the company was able to get back to business.
