    Founded in 1996, Berger & Williams, LLP is a San Diego-based law firm that represents clients throughout the State of California. Our attorneys have extensive experience litigating cases to trial, and on appeal including to the California Supreme Court. We counsel and advise clients on a broad range of state and federal employment laws.

    Whenever possible, we assist our clients with the goal of avoiding lengthy and expensive litigation. Where necessary, we aggressively prosecute and defend cases to achieve our clients’ stated goals. Our experience extends across the following types of matters:
